A very nice home that simply suffered from the "longevity" syndrome -- the family had been there
so long, they needed a little help with streamlining, sprucing up and some simple updating. There was
NO budget so we hit up a few garage sales, found some great accessories and together, with the
family's help, changed out new bedding, rearranged multiple rooms and had a great time doing it. The
family was thrilled to have a "new look" and were happy to up the salability of their for-sale home.

simply by removing a bunch of counter
items, the plastic table and chair covers and
adding a nice new area rug.
