A beautiful and very well maintained Woodlake townhome wasn't garnering the interest it
should. The home had been on the market for 2-1/2 years with a handful of showings.
The first offer came in 2 WEEKS after staging.
Possibly the white carpeting and the soaring ceilings were "cooling" the place down a little.
Likewise the hodge-podge of furniture gave the home an un-lived-in feel to it, moreso than
an empty space. The agent felt with a little warming up, it would sell quickly. She was right.
