Success Stories
This Timbergrove home needed a major makeover. The
house had fallen into disrepair having been vacant for two
years -- following a series of Section 8 tenants!
No budget for landscaping, unfortunately, but we
power- washed the exterior, cleaned up the gutters and
washed all windows.
Front Room
We completely painted the interior "Crispy Khaki", with off-white ceiling, moulding and cabinetry for
warmth and to create a little depth. The wood floors were repaired in a couple of places showing some
water damage.
Great Room

The layout flows well. You walk from the front room, through a
dining area into the great room in the rear. Windows everywhere!
Kitchen
The light fixtures were confusing. All were
either missing, or oddly enough missing one or
more parts. We replaced most and repaired those
worth saving.

All new stainless appliances and pulls.
Some cabinetry work, again to repair water
damage -- this time from an identifiable source...
