Staging Success Stories
Homes that are selling fast and at top dollar.
A luxurious townhome wasn't putting on a good show, despite the soaring ceilings, atrium and fabulous
upgrades. The reason? A long, rectangular L-shaped great room that was throwing off prospective buyers.
The purpose of staging (aside from making it look gorgeous!) was to give context to the room. You can see
how the furnished floorplan makes it so inviting, whereas the unfurnished was causing confusion -- not a good
feeling when you're about to plunk down a lot of money! (FYI, you will note a few of the owner's existing
pieces in the "before" shots, however, this home was staged using mostly Shannon Paige inventory --
SP.
FYI#2 Although the unit sold the first week or so, we cannot credit staging for the any part of the sale as the buyers had been
looking the unit prior to staging -- SP.
