A breathtaking home overlooking the bayou. The homeowner had beautiful furniture
and antiques that were tucked away -- and beneath mountains of clutter in some cases!
Since we already had three guest rooms, we decided to convert this play room of forgotten
toys into a workout room. We moved the Bowflex from the master bedroom and you can see the
flat screen that was sitting on the floor in the other guest room. We found the vintage Bruce
Springsteen poster in the garage and loved it! That was back when they were still good lookin'!
Just a little TLC was all it needed. We had no problem covering the
window in this room, simply to create a sense of privacy. We pulled the
shelving from another room, and threw down an inexpensive rag rug.
Guest Room
We actually didn't do much here. We thinned out some of
the items on the dresser and used some funky quilted pillows.

Wave your mouse above for an alternate view. Note
the leather chair to the left of the bed (after the jump).
This is where the Bowflex machine was. And the chair
was in the office with all the other chairs. We removed all
the personal wedding pictures and added a bedskirt.
